A document pack for your procurement team
What procurement teams usually ask for when qualifying and accrediting a contractor: company details, registry extract, SRO memberships, the EMERCOM licence, insurance, a company presentation. The documents are issued to ООО «БиПиЭм» (BPM LLC), are in Russian and are updated as they are renewed.

For supplier accreditation
We have been accredited as a contractor by major developers and corporate clients. We fill in supplier questionnaires and prepare certificates of no liquidation and no outstanding debts, confirmation of turnover and staff qualifications.
If your procurement procedure needs a document that is not on the list, write to our tender department: bastion.tender@b-pm.net.
What the Russian documents mean
SRO — a self-regulatory organisation. Membership in the builders’ SRO (NOSTROY) and the designers’ SRO (NOPRIZ) is the Russian form of admission for construction and design work. The liability level sets the maximum value of a single contract: level 2 — up to RUB 500 million.
EMERCOM licence — the licence of the Ministry of Emergency Situations for installing and maintaining fire protection systems.
EGRUL — the Unified State Register of Legal Entities kept by the Federal Tax Service.
Reference list and recommendation letters
On this site, projects are described without client names. The full reference list with company names, addresses and contact persons, as well as recommendation letters, is sent on request from your tender department, with the client’s consent.
