What we take off your plate in Moscow
A fit-out in Moscow runs on local rules: approvals from the building’s management company, Russian licences, Russian-standard documentation. We handle all of it under one contract.
Your design, built locally
We build from your brief, design project or working documentation. For a design concept, we develop the working documentation for all disciplines ourselves.
Building and authority approvals
We agree the design, the work schedule and noisy works with the business centre’s management company and supervisory authorities, and obtain the permits to start work.
Russian licences in place
SRO NOSTROY at liability level 2 — contracts of up to RUB 500 million, SRO NOPRIZ for design, an EMERCOM licence for fire protection systems. We fill in supplier questionnaires for your vendor onboarding.
Fit-out and every building system
HVAC on 38 of our 39 projects, fire alarm on 36, access control on 33. Finishes, building services, commissioning and as-built documentation come from one contractor.

04 · MaintenanceMaintenance and repairs of occupied offices
Framework contracts for maintenance and minor works. We have worked this way with two corporate clients for more than four years. Night works without shutting the office.
Six stages, one person accountable
The project manager is your single point of contact at every stage: chairs the meetings, is responsible for the schedule and signs off the as-built documentation.
Tender and estimate
We price from your brief or design project and propose material alternatives with an open comparison of price and specifications — the decision stays with you.
Design and approvals
Working documentation for all disciplines, approvals with the business centre’s management company, permits to start work.
Mobilisation
A site office and meeting room on site. Weekly meetings with you, with minutes after each one.
Construction
Our own site teams, work logs, health and safety. If needed, night works in an occupied office without stopping your business.
Commissioning and handover
Electrical testing, ventilation balancing, as-built documentation. We hand the premises over to your facility team together with operating instructions.
Warranty and maintenance
A warranty of up to 36 months on our works: we fix the cause, not the symptoms. After that, a maintenance framework contract.
Client names, contact persons and recommendation letters are available on request from our tender department.

Can you build to our corporate design standards?
Yes. We work from your brief, design project or working documentation. If you have a design concept, we develop the working documentation for all disciplines ourselves: the SRO NOPRIZ design membership is held by our company.
Who deals with the business centre’s management company and the authorities?
We do. We agree the design, the work schedule and noisy works with the management company, get the design approved by supervisory authorities and obtain the permits to start work. You deal with one project manager.
Can you work in our occupied office?
Yes. Noisy and dusty works are done at night and on weekends, so your staff come back to a working office in the morning.
What licences do you hold?
SRO NOSTROY membership at liability level 2 — contracts of up to RUB 500 million; SRO NOPRIZ membership for design; an EMERCOM licence for installing and maintaining fire protection systems. Copies are on the Documents page.
How do you price a project?
From your brief, design project or bill of quantities. We propose alternatives for materials and equipment with an open comparison of price and specifications — the decision stays with you.
Can we talk to your previous clients?
Yes. Client names, contact persons and recommendation letters are provided on request from our tender department, with the client’s consent. On this site, clients are not named.
What happens after handover?
Your facility team receives the as-built documentation and operating instructions. The warranty on our works is up to 36 months, and we can maintain the building systems under a framework contract: we have signed 5 such contracts since 2020.
How quickly can you visit the site?
We visit premises in Moscow and the Moscow Region within two business days of your request.

For supplier accreditation
We have been accredited as a contractor by major developers and corporate clients. We fill in supplier questionnaires and prepare certificates of no liquidation and no outstanding debts, confirmation of turnover and staff qualifications.
