The task
A client we have worked with since 2020 was expanding its office in a Class A business centre on Lesnaya Street by one more floor. We had to build 1,700 m² of work areas, meeting rooms, a kitchen lounge and soft phone-call niches — in an occupied building, under the management company’s rules, without disturbing the neighbouring floors.
What we did
We completed the fit-out — an open ceiling with acoustic panels, meeting pods with ring lights, colourful quiet zones — and the floor’s building systems: ventilation and air conditioning, power and lighting, water supply, low-voltage networks, fire alarm with voice evacuation, fire protection automation, internal fire-fighting water supply and an automatic gas fire suppression system. Noisy works followed a schedule agreed with the management company. Handed over in October 2022.
