The task
Our first project for this client: a floor in a Class A business centre on Lesnaya Street with open work areas, meeting rooms and break-out zones. The key condition was the deadline: four months from start of works to handover.
What we did
We built the floor to the design project: an open space with low partitions, private offices and meeting rooms behind glass partitions with decorative film, a reception and a kitchen with a coffee point. We installed ventilation and air conditioning, power and lighting, low-voltage networks, access control, water supply, fire alarm with voice evacuation and fire protection automation. After handover, the client entrusted us with two more projects in the same building and the maintenance of its offices under a framework contract.
