The task
A financial company was moving onto a new floor in a business centre on Shlyuzovaya Embankment. It needed a modern open space with a kitchen and break-out areas, a full set of building systems and automatic powder fire suppression.
What we did
We built the office to the design project: workstations with mobile acoustic partitions, meeting rooms and phone booths, a lounge with soft sofas, glossy blue panels and striped glass partitions as one motif for the whole floor. We installed ventilation and air conditioning, power and lighting, low-voltage networks, access control, water supply, fire alarm with voice evacuation, fire protection automation and powder fire suppression. Three years later the client came back to us with the neighbouring floor, and we have maintained the office under a framework contract since 2020.
