The task
The client, whose 4th-floor office we built in 2020 and maintain under a framework contract, was expanding onto the neighbouring floor. The task was to keep one style with the existing office and not to disturb the staff working on the floor below.
What we did
We built the floor as a continuation of the first office’s style: an open ceiling with ring lights, a yellow kitchen volume, turquoise accents, work areas, executive offices and break-out zones. We installed ventilation and air conditioning, power and lighting, low-voltage networks, access control, water supply, fire alarm with voice evacuation and fire protection automation. Handed over in July 2023.
