The task
The developer was selling apartments with finishes. The contractor had to complete the final finishes and building systems in apartments totalling 4,236 m² to a single quality standard across all units.
What we did
We completed the final finishes of the apartments (pictured: herringbone parquet) and the building systems: ventilation and air conditioning, power and lighting, low-voltage networks, automation and controls, water supply and drainage. Works ran in several apartments in parallel on a schedule agreed with the developer. Handed over in October 2023.
