The task
A sales gallery is the first thing an apartment buyer sees, so the finishes must meet a higher standard than in an ordinary office: natural stone, wood veneer, concealed building services, precise lighting. The premises on Yamskogo Polya Street had to be designed and delivered turnkey in four months.
What we did
We produced the working documentation for all disciplines and built the gallery turnkey: a natural-stone reception desk, walnut-veneer walls and a soft waiting lounge. We installed ventilation and air conditioning, power and lighting, water supply, low-voltage networks, access control, CCTV, intruder alarm, fire alarm with voice evacuation, and building automation. The gallery was handed over in December 2025.
