The task
A premium fitness club is the most services-intensive type of premises in our portfolio: a pool with its own climate regime, gym and cardio areas with enhanced ventilation, a spa with a salt room and an ice fountain, changing rooms and showers. All of it inside a residential complex on Mosfilmovskaya Street, with restrictions on noise and working hours.
What we did
We carried out the fit-out and the building systems for all disciplines: ventilation and air conditioning with a separate regime for the pool area, power and lighting, water supply and drainage, low-voltage networks, access control, CCTV, intruder alarm, and fire alarm with voice evacuation. The reception with walnut-veneer shelving and a stone desk, the pool with panoramic glazing and the spa with a thermal zone and an ice fountain were built to the design project. The club was handed over in August 2022.
